Bon Odori - 18-7-2009

I knew about this event from facebook and was quite excited to go. That was like 2 weeks ago.

But today there was a seminar that lasted until 2.00 pm, then I had to run around here and there to settle some things. By the time I reached home it was already 5.30 and I was kinda tired and thinking whether I want to go or not...

Then I chatted with Mei Ching and she asked "If you do not go, you will just stay at home and ...". "So go and enjoy your life". So off I went to the Bon Odori...

Arrived around 7 something at Padang Kota Lama..


Being a Japanese event, of course there will be yukata and cosplay (note to Amy, I regretted not getting my yukata earlier, maybe next year)

I consider myself a small fish in a big pond. Lotsa people use DSLR and here I am using a handphone. Since I am an avid photographer and blogger, maybe I should invest in a DSLR too..
