My FHM "blur"

Just bought August's FHM. In the middle there is a sealed section containing the world's 100th sexiest women

The problem is how do I open the sealed section? Do I cut at the line or cut in the middle there. Can anyone who buy this month's FHM advice me before I start talking out my knives and cut up the magazine.
