During holidays, find a few house-painting jobs. Wear your jeans when painting the house, and feel free to be splashed by the paint here and there. In fact, deliberately brush your thigh/leg/butt against nails or other sharp object.
By the end of the holiday, you would have earned some money from the painting jobs, plus, you will have a pair of uniquely "designed" patched jeans to auction off on eBay.
