A teacher is suing the headmaster for RM228000 because she was unhappy with her appraisal and suffer emotional distress and humiliation over her appraisals.
Looking for the outcome of this case.
Wonder if the lecturer can sue the student because he did not reach his KPI, cause the students failed the exam????
