While movies contain fake scenes, there is a real movie that feature real life nudity of 12 years old Brooke Shield. Its called "Pretty Baby", a 1978 movie.

Actually I have seen part of the movie, and its pretty boring for a historical drama, unless you specifically watched the movie to see a young Brooke Shields naked, and there is nothing much to see anyway you pedophile..lol
