Originally in Japan it's title is 巨乳ドラゴン 温泉ゾンビVSストリッパー5, literally translated as Hot Spring Zombie, but I don't know how the translation become big tits zombie. It is also known as Stripper 5 vs Zombies.
But who cares, it has Sora Aoi.....
