Damn you Hotmail

My account has been blocked, I tried everything in the universe to unblock it, but it seems their help is going in circles with no solution in sight.

FYI, I managed to change my password, but when I sign in, my account is still blocked. Can anyone help me here.

So I click the submit request here.

 So I choose Hotmail and click continue

And it goes back here, WTF.

Anyone out there that can give me a link that works, I would appreciate it very much.
