I learn this once from someone. He told me if you want to punish
1. You must punish sternly.
2. You must punish immediately.
3. You must give warning first.
The analogy is a hot kettle. Anyone who touches a hot kettle will be burned seriously (first principle), and the pain is immediate (second principle). How do you know the kettle is hot? You can see the steam coming out. (third principle)
In saying that, would anyone in their right mind touch a hot kettle?
Lets see whether the PM got the balls to take action again Ahmad today.
