Believe it or not, the presenter is an 80+ year old. He has been retired like 20 years. Wow, I wish I would live until that age later.
He gave some tips on how to exercise. And how to eat in moderation, and not to over strain yourself when exercising.
Before you say anything, do you think you can do that when you are 80 years old, if you manage to reach it anyway.
