Regrets

On the way back from Queensbay, I stopped by a "nasi kandar" shop to buy some food. There I saw one of me ex-friend, and I seldom had ex-friend. We had a disagreement in 2005 and I have not talked to the person since. I felt the person was taking advantage of my friendship and tried to "force" me to do MLM business and I was really angry at the time, not to the amount of money lost but because people take advantage to me. Anyway I did not say hi to the person..

I have no problem with MLM people, some of my good friends are doing that, but they wisely never try to force me to do it...

Which brings us to the moral of the story, do I have regrets about it? Of course I have but will I do it again if push comes shove, I would do it again, definately. Do I have regrets, of course I do, not being nicer to my mother when she was alive, being mean to some people in the past and some other stuff which I do not want to discuss here..

And how do you show you have regrets, a lot of people will just say sorry, get on with thier lives and repeat the same mistake again. If that is the case, I would rather have no regrets rather than say I am sorry..

So, did I regret leaving the post in USM, no because otherwise I would not have met you and you

Do I have any regret leaving my post as an engineer to do teaching, no, because otherwise I would never met you and you :D

So whatever decisions, don't regret cause something good will happen in the future..

Esprit jeans

My last pair of jeans was Quiksilver organic jeans which I bought in December 2008. And I feel every time I go out on weekends, I wear the same thing, so its time to buy new jeans...

I am very particular about clothes because many times I buy the cheap brand, it will tear less than a month. So I was eying the Esprit jeans that had RM100 discount..

I went there last Sunday, unfortunately the men fitting room was closed, and the other available fitting room was near the bra and panties section so I was shy to go..maybe I should have gone and later tell "Well kids, that how I met your mum" =.=|||

So today I was there again and finally this side of the fitting room was opened..

Not bad, only half the original price (almost)..Anyone in UK interested, please contact me immediately cause the size is limited OK..

When I paid, the salesgirl asked me to get an Esprit card (I do have one but it has expired in 2008) since I always buy there. Come on, the last time I was there was like 2 months ago, and contrary to popular belief, I only have 3 Esprit pants and 2 shirts OK...

Recycling?

Got this funny story from the believenet e-mail.

Trying to do my share to help the environment, I set up a trash basket at my church and posted above it this suggestion: "Empty water bottles here."

I should have been a little more specific, because when I went to check it later, I didn't find any bottles in it. But it was full of water.

Bike Heaven

All my life, I have been riding a bike rather than driving a car although I have license for both. And what great day was today, there is a big bike show at Queensbay...

The author of the blog with some of the bikes. Thanks for the person that helped take the pictures. I think the white bike most suitable for me, its around 30K but I need to take a big bike license....

What's a bike show without girls??

The same color of my shirt and her top is just a coincident ok.

Some of the bikes on display

Even Cloud Strife's bike was there ha ha

Transformers Craze

There is a showcase of Transformers toy by private collectors at Queensbay today, Saturday 27/6/09. One of them is a friend of mine. Here are some pictures of the event.

Sim Brothel - A review

Since I posted my blog about a sim brothel game, I had the chance to try it and here is my review..

Basically there are 3 levels, Easy, Normal and Hard. Since you all are beginners, I recommend the Easy levels. A word of warning, unless you have free time or want to save the game, it will take over 3 hours to play >.<

Before you complain, I just like to play game, unlike the news below =.= This is wrong in my book, any time, any day =.=

Back to the game, basically you have 300 days to solve several missions, while getting workers and purchasing buildings.. First quest is to buy a house before 30 days. the first time I played was to save 500 before 30 days, so the challenges are random I think.

So how do you play, just assign your worker to specific place and then click New Day..

In the beginning you worker work in a shack to find customer

Japanese Mosaic Layer, wakaka....

You can also buy your own building but its bloody expensive at the beginning

Every week you get a joker that can be used for the week. Once you complete a mission you get more special joker..

An advice in choosing worker, do not take the person with high Character, no matter how sexy the picture is, they will refuse to work for you...

After each week, don't forget to Change Price otherwise you will be underpaid.. ha ha

And notice the abilities button, for Orihime, if I click that, I can choose

It will increase her popularity among customers =.=

Every time they work, it will increase your money and their experience

All censored by me :P

But watch out for their health, if its too low, give them a rest..

After 300 days, you get an ending depending on how many missions you solved..

Things to ponder about

Its that time of year again where I feel sad and happy. Most of the students I know will be going to university soon. I feel happy for them but I also feel sad because I need to upgrade myself but been procrastinating for quite some time. Some of my students, like Elaine will be the same level with me soon as she is doing her Master now. Even my sister is gonna do her degree this year.

Talking about my sister, she is going to do pharmacy at Universiti Teknologi Mara in Selangor. She applied with USM but did not get the offer there. With a cgpa of 4.0 if USM did not want, I have nothing else to say. Anyway, I feel it was meant to be because now I don't have a burden in Penang and can leave anytime if I wish to.

Anyway I am feeling a bit tired today cause yesterday I finished marking 75 exam scripts in one day. Its like I just ate McD for lunch and continued working the whole day non-stop. But at least I got paid for that ^^.

Yesterday was father's day. So wishing Father's everywhere a Happy Father's Day. Respect your father for all the sacrifices he has done..

I miss the original ECW =.=

This is a tribute to the original ECW that I found...
